Large-scale study of small molecules, commonly known as metabolites, within cells, biofluids, tissues or organisms. Collectively, these small molecules and their interactions within a biological system are known as the metabolome.
Bacteriology
A branch and specialty of biology that studies the morphology, ecology, genetics and biochemistry of bacteria as well as many other aspects related to them. I worked on Bacillus species the most.
Biochar
Explores the applicative effects of biochar in various biotechnological sectors particularly in agriculture towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs).
